Rush hour in Lahore starts not at 08.00h. So we have a pretty smooth ride to the airport. There again everything is slightly disorganized but again with loads of checks and controls. Great breakfast and again very efficient handling of everything at the airport. We are in the air by 08.55h, flying over the beautiful Pamir Mountains, Afghanistan (with much military air traffic) to Lahore. Here it is hot!! With all those people around (yes there are many) and formalities, forms it takes us a bit longer to get through it all. But the hotel bus is waiting; and so is Pakistan for us.
